Job Summary Responsible for executing field service activities at customer sites in a safe and efficient manner. Duties include system troubleshooting, working with mechanical, electrical, and diesel equipment, conducting preventive maintenance, managing parts inventory, and identifying and remedying safety issues on both company and customer-owned equipment. The role requires direct customer interaction and the ability to work at multiple sites and with multiple technologies. Responsibilities Create and maintain a safe working environment and culture within the organization. Take care of company property. Work independently when required, while usually operating under direct supervision. Apply critical thinking and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex issues. Requirements Daily local travel with occasional overnight stays. Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a clean driving record. Ability to obtain required customer clearances (e.g., TWIC, DISA). Clearance to obtain a DOT Medical card. Willingness to obtain a commercial driver’s license (CDL) class A or B with applicable endorsements. Education & Experience Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. 0–2 years of technical work experience (1 year preferred). Work experience is preferred but not required. Skill Requirements Experience with electrical, mechanical, diesel, or fusion systems depending on business unit. Ability to work without direct supervision and maintain technical competence. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and smart devices. Strong customer service skills. Demonstrated critical thinking, troubleshooting, and communication abilities.
