We are currently seeking licensed, full-time Chiropractors for our busy Ocala and The Villages, Florida locations. What You'll Do Provide outstanding corrective chiropractic care that produces results and builds lasting patient trust Deliver compelling reports of findings and care-plan presentations that clearly communicate value and convert new patients into committed, long-term members Drive patient retention and lifetime value through excellent outcomes, education, and a standout patient experience Partner with the front-desk and clinical teams to keep the schedule full and improve new-patient conversion Support and participate in community outreach, screenings, and marketing efforts that grow new-patient volume Track and act on key practice metrics — new patients, conversion, retention, and visit averages — to drive continuous growth Contribute to a positive, growth-minded culture that reflects the AlignLife mission Qualifications Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited institution Active Florida chiropractic license (or eligibility to obtain) A patient-first approach paired with a genuine growth and business-development mindset Strong communication skills, especially in care-plan presentation and patient education Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented, results-driven environment Passion for natural, whole-body wellness and the AlignLife philosophy of healing from within #J-18808-Ljbffr AlignLife Chiropractic & Natural Health Center
