POSITION OVERVIEW: Lead and manage Division 10 (Specialties) and Division 12 (Furnishings) projects for a respected commercial contractor. This role combines project leadership, client relations, and operational excellence.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Oversee multiple commercial construction projects • Manage project budgets and schedules • Lead project teams and coordinate with subcontractors • Ensure quality control and safety standards • Build and maintain strong client relationships • Drive project profitability and efficiency
