Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license (SLP-CCC required)
• Previous experience in a school-based setting highly valued
• Familiarity with pediatric cases, especially within PreK-2nd grade age group
• Comfort conducting both in-person and teletherapy sessions
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with interdisciplinary teams, students, and families
• Ability to effectively evaluate, develop, and implement therapy goals tailored to student needs

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language assessments and direct therapy to prek-2nd grade students
• Develop individualized treatment plans and progress reports
• Collaborate with teachers and special education staff to support students’ academic success
• Consult with parents and caregivers, offering strategies for progress beyond the classroom
• Maintain organized and accurate documentation according to required standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional input for student interventions
