• Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week
• Clinic Days 7:30am-4:30pm, Procedure/OR Days 7am-4pm
• 3 weeks per month commitment required
• Call rotation 2 of 3 weeks each month
• Minimum 6 month commitment
• 1 year assignment duration
• Hospital privileges required
• ACLS and BLS certification required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
