We are seeking a compassionate, skilled Dental Hygienist to join our amazing team on a part-time basis. Requirements

• Licensed dental hygienist

Registered Dental Hygienist license in the state of Illinois (current and valid).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with patients and team members.
Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and maintaining a patient-centered mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative dental team.
Basic computer skills, including electronic health record proficiency or willingness to learn.

Job Description

Perform thorough dental hygiene assessments and periodontal evaluations.
Deliver patient-centered prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, and periodontal maintenance procedures.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and periodontal health.
Collaborate closely with periodontists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Maintain an organized and sterile clinical environment adhering to safety standards.
Document patient records accurately and timely using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Participate in continuing education and training initiatives as supported by the practice.
Foster a positive patient experience through compassionate communication and care.
Support team culture by contributing positively to staff meetings and practice initiatives.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays: Closed
