Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $65,000 - $70,000 / Yearly*

What you'll be doing as a Sales And Marketing Manager:

• Negotiate service contracts, pricing, and rate adjustments by leveraging cost analysis and effective pricing strategies

• Maintain knowledge of industry trends, customer demographics, and best business practices to support a competitive market position

• Develop a thorough understanding of company products and services and actively promote solutions that meet customer needs

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and responsive service

• Identify, assess, and resolve customer service concerns while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction

• Serve as the primary liaison between customers and the company, communicating significant customer developments to internal stakeholders

• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities to identify potential business growth areas and mitigate risks

• Provide input on new market development, business expansion opportunities, and strategic sales initiatives

• Actively promote the company brand and assist in the creation and presentation of sales and marketing materials

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer expectations and service requirements are met

• Generate new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and relationship-building efforts

• Prepare and maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and business development documentation

• Travel as needed to support customer relations, business development, and sales activities

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady

• Must be a Hawaii resident

• Proven sales and marketing experience in a fast-paced business environment with a strong focus on B2B (Business-to-Business) sales

• Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies that generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth

• Working knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including social media advertising campaigns and social media marketing strategies

• Proven experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO), email marketing, and content creation/writing
