Role Player Location Jacksonville, NC 28540 US (Primary) Category Intelligence Job Type Temporary Career Level Staff Education High School / GED Travel None Security Clearance Required Secret Job Description Prescient Edge is seeking a Marine Raider Regiment/ Special Activities Training Role Player to support a Federal Government client. As a Role Player, you will:- Assist the Marine Raider Regiment in providing an operational environment within a simulated sovereign nation in support of Unconventional Warfare and Special Reconnaissance missions.
- Perform relevant tasks as directed by Special Activities Team Lead and MRR Government personnel.
- Deliver an after-action report (AAR) at the conclusion of each event regarding potential improvements/performance during the SAT and be prepared to brief the AAR to the MRR upon the conclusion of the training.
- Interim Security clearance required.
- Ability to perform duties in a physically demanding work environment.
- Full training and preparation in order to meet mission requirements at start of contract.
- Understand the script concept and interact with the overarching scenario.
- Utilize creativity to better simulate the training environment and portray the assigned role.
- Deliver precise exercise performance feedback to assist MRR with the evaluation of the exercise participants.
- Operational experience and knowledge of current doctrine and trends.
- Previous experience as a Role Player preferred.
- Experience working in DoD or Intelligence Community environment preferred.
- High school diploma or GED
