They assess patient conditions, administer medications, and assist with daily activities. RNs in this role collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to create and implement care plans. Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient advocacy are essential in delivering quality care. MedSurg 2 weekends required Med-Surg Experience/ Observation Experience.
