Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate Chesterfield, MO Full time Shifts may vary Position Summary Our members love shopping for fresh food at Sam’s Club because of our hard‑working, happy‑to‑help fresh‑food associates. As a freezer, cooler, and deli team member, you will keep shelves stocked, support safe and sanitary conditions for our freezers and coolers, and provide front‑line customer service in the deli department. Your smile and service help create a great shopping experience for members and help the team offer more of what they love, for less. What You’ll Do Perform safety sweeps and follow all safety standards, including forklift spotting procedures and hazardous‑materials handling. Maintain the sales floor and merchandise presentation in the freezer/cooler/deli area by receiving, stocking, and organizing product displays, signing and pricing merchandise, and completing required documentation. Provide member service by acknowledging members, locating merchandise, assisting with purchasing decisions, and resolving issues. Follow food‑handling policies, operate, repair, and sanitize equipment, maintain cold‑chain procedures, clean the area, monitor fans, drains, and doors, and report issues to management.
