Quality, Safety & Outcomes Management: Lead continuous quality improvement efforts, promote a culture of safety, evaluate nursing care effectiveness, and use evidence\u2011based practice, data, and nursing\u2011sensitive indicators to improve patient outcomes. What's Required Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan. BSN is required, MSN or MBA in a health-related field preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an ambulatory/acute care setting. Demonstrated administrative and supervisory ability. Preferred Progressively increasing leadership responsibility including managerial/supervisory experience Cardiology clinical experience highly preferred Munson Healthcare requires all employees be vaccinated or have lab confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella.
