With just over 20 years of experience throughout Connecticut and New York, we have successfully launched our first site in Naples, Florida. We are excited to continue growing and building upon our Physical Therapy Team. Within the next 6 months, we plan to launch multiple locations in the surrounding Naples area. We care from the core We sweat the small stuff We are teachers & scholars We take ownership We huddle Key Areas of Ownership & Collaborate On You are an integral part of the Client Experience and work side by side with patients throughout their Optimal Health journey Ensures clinical excellence through clinic outcome assessments, mentorship, and continuing education Top-notch, empathic clinical care to our patients Implements patient's individualized treatment plan as established by the primary Physical Therapist Instructs patients, families, and other caregivers in the skills and techniques of the physical therapy treatment program under the supervision of the Physical Therapist Work with other members of the Optimal Health Team to implement programs consistent with the needs and capabilities of each patient Provides daily and timely patient chart documentation of interventions and services provided in the acute care setting Performs other job-related duties as assigned. 0-4 years’ experience and must possess a valid license (Open to recent graduates). Associates degree, accredited by an accredited PTA Program Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
