Role Description

Due to continued growth, Adams | Coogler is seeking attorneys with experience General Liability Defense Litigation and/or Medical Malpractice, for multiple full-time positions. We are currently hiring for West Palm Beach , Orlando, Jacksonville, Tampa and Miami.

Attorneys will be responsible for managing all aspects of general liability defense cases, including drafting motions, attending court hearings, conducting depositions, facilitating trial preparation, and providing expert-level representation. The role involves working closely with clients, associates, and partners to develop litigation strategies and deliver exceptional results on behalf of our clients.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation and expertise in Law, including a Juris Doctor degree and membership in The Florida Bar.
• Proficiency in drafting and filing Motions and legal documentation.
• Experience navigating legal procedures within Courts, including participating in hearings and negotiations.
• Proven skills in conducting Trials and representing clients effectively during court proceedings.
• Hands-on experience in Depositions, including preparing clients and witnesses or examining parties.
• Excellent research, legal writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Prior experience in civil defense litigation or general liability is strongly preferred.
