This role coordinates internal and external resources to drive projects from requirements through go-live, serving as the technical subject matter expert for the Implementation Team and as a trusted advisor to customers navigating complex technical setup.Candidates located within commuting distance of Avetta's offices in Lehi, Utah; Dallas, Texas; or Houston, Texas are strongly preferred, as this role follows a hybrid work schedule of three days in the office and two days working remotely each week. Exceptional candidates who do not live within commuting distance of one of these office locations may be considered for a fully remote arrangement.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Project Delivery:Own end-to-end delivery of customer technical implementation projects, with an emphasis on SSO configuration (SAML, OIDC) and API-based/custom integrationsManage project scope, timeline, and change control to ensure on-time, on-budget deliveryGather and document client requirements; recommend solutions aligned with best practices and industry standardsProvide regular project status updates and reporting to project management and/or Technical Project leadershipTechnical Advisory:Serve as the subject matter expert on customer-facing technical solutions, particularly SSO and API integrationsAct as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them through technical decisions and key considerations during implementationProvide technical guidance and escalation support to the global Implementation TeamCross-Functional Collaboration:Communicate effectively across the organization, interfacing with stakeholders at multiple levels of managementCollaborate effectively in a matrixed environment across Engineering, Product, Implementation and Customer SuccessSupport and help execute team process standardization and continuous improvement initiativesIdentify opportunities to leverage AI tools to improve delivery speed, quality, and internal processesTravel – up to 10% of travel required.Ideal Experience, Education & Training:3–5 years of experience in a client-facing technical implementation or project management roleBachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering) or equivalent practical experienceHands-on experience with Single Sign-On technologies (SAML, OIDC, or similar)Experience with API-based integration and custom integration workExperience with ticketing/collaboration systems such as Jira and ConfluenceStrong understanding of SaaS delivery models and client management best practicesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSalesforce experience or certificationExperience with analytics and reporting toolsFamiliarity with localization considerations for global implementationsTopical understanding of the Health & Safety regulatory environmentWe also offer a comprehensive benefits package, which includes health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), and PTO.Avetta is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity.
