Registered NurseTo define those characteristics that are needed to perform successfully as a Registered Nurse in the MedSurg and ICU Department. This position is represented by RCHEA.Standards of Behavior Line of Responsibility and Authority LINE OF AUTHORITY: RN II, Emergency Department - Director of Emergency Department Professionalism and Self-DevelopmentEducation and Qualifications EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: At least one year Registered Nurse experience within the last 24 months and acute critical experience within the last 12 months or EMT and ED Tech with a minimum of 2 years experience & in good standing. Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS: Current license as a Registered Nurse by the State of California. Evidence of current BLS, ACLS and PALS certification. MICN desired to be completed within one year of hire.
