Nurse Practitioner Opportunity - Healthcare for the Homeless Program Location: Springfield, MAEmployment Type: Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Available, permanent position Position OverviewA community-focused healthcare program in Springfield is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners to join an established Healthcare for the Homeless team providing compassionate, full-spectrum primary care services to underserved adult populations.This opportunity combines outpatient and telehealth care with leadership responsibilities in a collaborative multidisciplinary environment focused on addressing behavioral health, substance use, and barriers to care.
