Safety Specialist

Location: Broken Arrow, OK
Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 DOE
Shift: Day Shift

Abundant Solutions is seeking an experienced Safety Specialist to join a growing manufacturing team. This position is responsible for promoting a safe work environment, ensuring OSHA compliance, leading safety initiatives, and supporting continuous improvement throughout the facility.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and enforce company safety policies and OSHA compliance
Conduct safety inspections, audits, and job hazard analyses
Lead new hire orientations and employee safety training
Investigate workplace incidents and coordinate corrective actions
Maintain safety documentation, training records, and compliance reports
Collaborate with operations and HR to support workers' compensation and return-to-work programs

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of safety experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or construction environment
Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices
Experience conducting safety training
Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
OSHA 30 Certification, First Aid/CPR, and a degree in Occupational Safety are a plus
