They offer a collaborative environment where engineering and quality professionals have direct influence on product excellence and operational improvements.Job DescriptionQuality Systems & ComplianceSupport adherence to AS9100 and customer-specific quality standardsMaintain and enhance QMS documentation, procedures, and workflowsParticipate in internal, external, and certification auditsContinuous Improvement & Problem SolvingAnalyze production processes to drive quality improvements and reduce wasteLead root cause analysis using tools like 5 Whys, Fishbone, Pareto, and FMEAImplement and validate corrective/preventive actionsCustomer Quality ManagementInvestigate complaints, returns, and non-conformancesLead containment and corrective actions while preparing 8D reportsSupport customer-driven quality initiatives and performance targetsProduction & Engineering SupportProvide technical guidance on quality standards and inspection criteriaReview control plans, inspection methods, and validation processesSupport first article inspections, qualifications, and new product launchesFirst Article Inspection (FAI)Coordinate AS9102-compliant FAIR activities and documentationReview drawings/specs and ensure full traceabilityManage submission packages and maintain FAI records (partial/full/delta)Track performance metrics and improve FAI efficiencySupplier QualitySupport supplier qualification, audits, and performance trackingDrive supplier corrective actions and continuous improvement effortsData & Risk ManagementAnalyze quality data (scrap, FPY, returns, supplier performance)Identify trends to reduce cost of poor qualitySupport risk assessments and mitigation planningMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
