Producer Services Administrator

Pacific Guardian Life is seeking a highly qualified and results driven individual to fill a Producer Services Administrator position in our Honolulu office. The Producer Services Administrator will work with external agents and brokers to support license registration, renewals, contract management and provide producers with sales illustrations, forms and related support. The role tracks and maintains records of training and change requests, manages agent master files, and delivers exemplary service to our field force while assisting other internal teams. Key Responsibilities Support license registration, renewals, and contract management for external agents and brokers. Provide producers with sales illustrations, forms, and related documentation. Track and maintain training records, change requests, and agent master files. Deliver exceptional service to field force and collaborate with internal departments. Minimum Qualifications Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum of 2 continuous years of administrative experience, preferably with an insurance company. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey policy information to the public, agents, and personnel at all levels. Well‑organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize work and meet critical deadlines with minimal supervision. Ability to read and interpret insurance policies, procedures, and related documents. Maintain a high standard of productivity, efficiency, and accuracy. Problem‑solving skills in situations with limited standardization; ability to verify accuracy of methods and procedures. Two or more years’ experience using Windows‑based PCs; intermediate to advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); ability to create and maintain spreadsheets. Customer service skills: friendly and helpful demeanor, clear dictation, prompt call answering, and conflict resolution. Salary $20 – $25 per hour.
