Role Description: Content Launch is seeking a creative and strategic Writer - Short Form Social Media Content to join our remote team. In this role, you'll write engaging 25–40 second scripts for service-based businesses across a wide variety of industries. Your scripts should capture attention immediately, maintain strong pacing throughout, and naturally lead viewers toward engagement or conversion. Responsibilities: Write high-performing scripts optimized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Develop compelling hooks that capture attention within the first few seconds. Structure scripts with strong pacing and clear storytelling. Adapt writing style to match different client brands and industries. Stay current on social media trends and viral content formats. Qualifications: Strong understanding of what drives engagement and virality across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
