Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care within a Critical Access Hospital setting.
• Administer medications and perform procedures as per hospital protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including Physical Therapy and Respiratory Services.
• Utilize the Cerner EMR system effectively for documentation and patient monitoring.
• Assess and manage patient care plans, ensuring adherence to medical guidelines.
• Float as necessary within skill set across various units to meet hospital needs.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Washington.
• Minimum of 1 year Medical-Surgical nursing experience.
• Certifications required: BLS and ACLS.
• Experience with Cerner EMR and Critical Access Hospital preferred.
• Proven ability to interpret and manage cardiac dysrhythmias.
• COVID-19 Vaccine required; Medical/Religious exemptions accepted.
