Plant Finance Manager

Responsibilities:Serves as the Lead Finance Partner for the plantResponsible for:All financial managementReportingCompliancePlanningForecastingCost performance activities and cost savings initiativesReporting to the Complex Controller, this role provides:Strategic financial leadership to plant managementOversees the analyst organizationEnsures compliance with corporate and SOX requirementsDrives initiatives that improve operational efficiency and financial performanceBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree with a major in Accounting or Finance; or relatedMinimum of 10 years of relevant Finance and/or Accounting experienceKnowledge of all phases of financial and cost accountingMust be able to manage change in a manufacturing environmentPreferred Qualifications:MBA or equivalent6 years of experience in manufacturing financeProficient in SAP and Hyperion Essbase and knowledge of the project writing systemPrior supervision experienceCapability to quickly adapt to changes in the business and labor environmentBrand: FCA GroupJob ID: 2020094Employment Type: Full-timeJob Area: FinancePosted Date: 06/08/2026
