Automobile Dealership Sales Manager

Overview We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management and a passion for driving results. Responsibilities Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maintain and expand the customer base Negotiate contracts and close agreements with customers Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and performance Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships Lead by example, demonstrating effective leadership skills to motivate and inspire the sales team Experience Proven experience in managing sales teams Strong negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and develop sales professionals Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software Background in technology sales is a plus Ability to analyze market data and trends to drive strategic decisions Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Employee discount Paid time off Compensation Competitive salary & commission commensurate with experience.
