Manufacturing Engineer

Our client is currently seeking a Manufacturing Engineer

• Recent Engineering graduates and entry-level professionals are encouraged to apply.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
• Candidates with relevant manufacturing, production, or shop floor experience will also be considered.
• Minimal prior experience required.

• Provide hands-on support to assembly operations on the shop floor to ensure smooth production flow and minimize downtime.
• Investigate and resolve production, quality, tooling, and material-related issues to maintain operational efficiency.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization, work order management, and basic fixture/tooling design.
• Utilize SAP, Microsoft Office, and MP Planner to support daily manufacturing activities.
• Partner with production and cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements in safety, quality, and productivity.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Frequent standing and walking on the production floor throughout the shift.
• Metatarsal safety footwear is required.
• All additional personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided.
