Virginia Licensed Auto Adjuster

Working remotely, the full-time Virginia Licensed Auto Adjuster will evaluate, negotiate, and settle low complexity auto insurance claims while participating in a comprehensive training program to support members effectively. Key responsibilities Evaluate and settle high volume, low complexity auto claims, including comprehensive and collision coverage Document the claims process, including damage evaluation and settlement decisions, while collaborating with internal and external partners Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, ensuring timely and effective resolutions Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent experience Ability to acquire an insurance adjuster license and applicable state registrations within 90 days of hire Experience in providing exceptional customer service through clear and professional communication Ability to prioritize and multi-task while navigating multiple business applications Successful completion of job-related assessments is required
