Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services with a productivity expectation of approximately 60 visits per week
• Manage a caseload of 12–14 patients per day, including double-booking of follow-up visits
• Deliver evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient's functional goals and clinical needs
• Float to neighboring clinic locations as needed to support patient care continuity
• Collaborate with the clinical team and obtain director approval prior to working any overtime hours

Required Qualifications

• Active single-state Colorado Physical Therapist license required, or confirmation of application already submitted
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (new graduates not accepted for this role)
• Ability to meet outpatient productivity standards in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible at the standard contract rate

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior outpatient physical therapy experience strongly preferred
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Comfort with high-volume patient schedules and double-booking workflows
