Greet members and guests with a positive, welcoming attitude
• Check in members, answer questions, and provide info on memberships, classes, and promotions
• Handle sign-ups, cancellations, and account updates
• Keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and stocked
• Answer phones and respond to member inquiries
• Support sales efforts by promoting membership upgrades and perks
• Assist with light administrative tasks and daily opening/closing procedures
What We’re Looking For
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule (early mornings, evenings, weekends)
• Basic computer skills (POS systems, scheduling software a plus)
• Prior customer service or retail experience preferred, not required
• Passion for fitness and helping others is a big plus
