Key Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for individual patients or assigned patient groups in accordance with established standards of care and the nursing process
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
• Coordinate patient care with other clinical disciplines
• Apply critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in all aspects of patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
• Epic and Cerner EMR experience within the last 5 years (each work history entry must identify the charting system used, with dates provided if multiple EMR systems were used within the same role)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
• AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification
• AHA-PALS or ARC-PALS certification
• Must have successfully completed at least one prior contract or served as an employee in a qualifying organization; no RTO permitted and the listed start date is firm

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Previous acute care facility experience
