Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 36 Hours per Week | Rotating Day/Night Shifts (7:00 AM–7:30 PM or 7:15 PM–7:15 AM) | Every other weekend and rotating holidays required | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to laboring patients and those in the delivery process
• Monitor maternal and fetal status throughout labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum periods
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Administer medications and interventions as ordered, following established clinical protocols
• Document patient assessments, care plans, and clinical findings accurately and in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts or compact licensure eligibility
• Prior Labor and Delivery nursing experience required
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to work rotating day and night shifts based on unit needs
• Availability to work every other weekend and rotating holidays

Preferred Experience / Skills

• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) documentation systems
• AWHONN fetal monitoring certification or equivalent training
