High Reach Forklift

General Summary: High reach/stand-up experience preferred. Location: 300 Cardinal Drive, Marengo, Ohio 43334.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Operates a stand-up lift to replenish merchandise in the order filling areas up to 6 levels high or to put away merchandise in storage areas.
Removes empty pallets from pick lines and storage areas.
Verifies inventory locations with radio frequency unit information.
Meets and maintains safety, quality, and productivity standards.

Qualifications:

Ability to operate a stand-up lift.
Ability to use handheld/lift-mounted radio frequency unit.
Basic math and reading skills.
Communication skills.
Competency to obtain a lift operator license. Safety mindset 100% commitment.
Previous warehouse experience, preferred, not required.
Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for 812 hours per shift.
Reliable attendance and transportation.
Dependability and team spirit.

Previous industrial equipment experience preferred.

Shifts:

Shift 2-Monday-Friday 3:00 pm 11:00 pm. ($19.00 hr. base pay + $1.00/hr. shift premium totaling $20.00/hr.)
Shift 3-Sunday-Thursday 11:00 pm-7:00 am ($19.00 hr. base pay +$1.50/hr. shift premium totaling $20.50/hr.)
