• Do you enjoy running a manual mill and bringing prints to life within tight tolerances?
• Can you set up machines, select tooling, and troubleshoot defects until parts meet spec?
• Are you looking for a stable, upbeat workplace with growth potential and no required weekends?

• Build precision components to drawing using shearing, drilling, tapping, de-burring, and bench operations.
• Set up, operate, and maintain a variety of manual machines and shop tools.
• Read/interpret blueprints and verify quality throughout production.
• Diagnose and correct issues to eliminate defects and hit exact specs.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and equipment.

• 1+ years of experience across milling, turning, drilling, tapping, deburring, and bench work.
• Blueprint reading and comfort with product specifications.
• Dependable attendance—ready to work at 6:00 AM.
• Ability to regularly lift/move up to 25 lbs and at times over 50 lbs.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
• For upper-level consideration: CNC programming experience required.

• $1,000 Signing Bonus : $250 at your 3, 6, 9, and 12-month anniversaries.

• 44 hours/week: 6:00 AM–3:30 PM Mon–Thu; 6:00 AM–2:30 PM Fri (seasonal overtime).
