Descripción:

Cleaner : Responsable de la limpieza y desinfección de las áreas comunes de la propiedad, tales como el lobby, pasillos, escaleras, elevadores y baños. Este puesto garantiza un ambiente limpio, ordenado y seguro para residentes, visitantes y personal, cumpliendo con los estándares de calidad e higiene establecidos.

Porter : Responsable de mantener limpias las salas de basura, cuartos de compactador y áreas de reciclaje. Este puesto apoya las operaciones diarias asegurando un ambiente limpio, seguro y agradable para residentes, visitantes y personal.

Requisitos:

Experiencia en atención al cliente y trato respetuoso con residentes, visitantes y personal.
Experiencia previa en limpieza o labores similares, preferiblemente en áreas comunes, janitorial u operativas (no obligatorio).
Buena comunicación y capacidad para seguir instrucciones de manera clara.
Conocimiento básico del uso de productos, herramientas y equipos de limpieza.
Capacidad para realizar trabajo físico de limpieza y mantenimiento de forma continua.
Atención al detalle y compromiso con los estándares de limpieza, orden e higiene.
Buena actitud, disposición para aprender y colaborar con el equipo.
