Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active and current Minnesota state SLP licensure
• ASHA certification—either Clinical Fellowship (CF) or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Prior experience or interest in pediatric and school-based speech therapy preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to elementary and/or secondary school students
• Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and tailor interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, other specialists, and families to support student progress
• Maintain detailed records and participate in team meetings and parent conferences
• Serve as a resource regarding speech and language concerns for staff and families
