Warehouse Clerical Associate

The Warehouse Clerical Associate works in a fast-paced environment and is responsible for calculating and entering all individual, team and group productivity cards. The position also compiles and publishes a number of different reports through the Vantage software program, Microsoft Excel and other ad hoc analysis as needed.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Calculating and entering PACE activity cards
• Reviewing automated transaction information in LM Manhattan Software
• Generating PACE reports for distribution to management
• Compiling various excel reports for distribution
• Other ad-hoc reporting as needed
• Filing old cards and reports

Qualifications:

• Literacy and Numeracy skills
• Ability to work as part of a high-performance team
• Ability to work independently
• Acute attention to detail and highly organized
• Able to switch attention to tasks to address business needs
• Strong Communication/phone skills
• Must communicate with coworkers and supervisors
• Knowledge of PC programs, specifically Word processing and Excel
• Able to use basic office equipment such as a copy machine, fax machine and calculator
• 10-key data entry required by touch
• Must be able to work well with others
• Able to be cross trained in other departments
• 1 year data entry experience preferred

Physical Requirements: Sitting and working on a computer majority of the day. Must have the ability to stand and file old reports, cards, etc. for some portion of the day. Base Pay: $19.00 per hour - $20.50 per hour
