Radar Software Engineer II - Agile, C++, Linux, Security-Cleared

Role and Responsibilities Software Engineering – II. Work in a collaborative team using agile software development methodology. Perform tasks including developing software maintenance and upgrade solutions for tactical systems, engaging in all activities of the software development life cycle, and supporting process requirements and reviews as necessary. Qualifications and Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent higher degree or work experience. U.S. citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance. 2–4 years of experience in software development, maintenance, or support in an Open/Layered Architecture Environment, model‑based tools, information assurance, and system integration. Experience developing software with Java, C++, or Python. Experience with Agile scaled principles. Proficiency in object‑oriented design and development, including design patterns and plugin utilization. Experience working with Linux and UNIX environments. Strong skills with IDEs such as Eclipse. Familiarity with UML syntax, driver‑based testing, and automated test environments. High proficiency in C++ (or equivalent), MATLAB, and scripting languages. Demonstrated experience in systems engineering, software analysis, requirements development, verification and validation, trade studies, modeling and simulation, or integration and test. Radar experience, including functional knowledge of radar systems, subsystems, and design tools; experience in radar system development, algorithms, software, data analysis, and modeling. Experience creating SysML‑based systems engineering artifacts in Cameo or similar tools. Strong mathematics background in linear algebra, statistical analysis and signal processing. Industry Experience 2 to 4 years of related experience.
