Job Summary The Store Operations Recruiter is responsible for all recruiting and selection processes for store operations vacancies at the Supervisor and Manager level. The position requires strong interviewing skills, the ability to assess talent, a deep understanding of the company’s culture and strategic goals, and the capacity to partner with the business to secure top talent. Principal Duties Execute full life‑cycle, high‑volume recruiting activities including screening, interviewing, assessing, and selecting candidates for the organization. Develop and implement creative, non‑traditional sourcing strategies for open positions, utilizing research, networking, social media, cold‑calling, memberships, and job board tools. Build a diverse pipeline of talent by inspiring candidates to apply to current and future openings through internal and external recruitment efforts. Partner with and coach hiring managers on best recruiting practices, providing guidance, support, and recommendations on candidate selection. Maintain consistent communication routines with hiring managers. Evaluate screening, hiring, and onboarding processes for inconsistencies and gaps, driving continual process improvements. Conduct research and develop strategies for best practices and process improvements. Provide guidance and support to stores with Customer Service Associate hiring needs. Support the New Store Opening Process by ensuring staffing needs are identified, hiring needs are advertised, and the applicant tracking system is configured for the opening timeline. Maintain the applicant tracking system (Workday) and real‑time records of candidate activity. Develop a strong awareness of the business and functional areas to target and hire optimal talent. Build relationships and enhance brand recognition with colleges, universities, and professional organizations. Attend job fairs and special events. Stay professionally relevant, current in the field, and knowledgeable about all technologies related to talent acquisition. Show excellent interpersonal skills. Demonstrate self‑starter initiative with the ability to make decisions and prioritize assignments. Maintain high professional standards regarding confidentiality. Travel to various training centers, sites, and stores as needed. Work some weekends and evenings. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree preferred. 3–5 years of recruiting and/or similar experience. Experience sourcing via social media channels. Basic knowledge of applicable federal and state employment laws. Previous experience working with an Applicant Tracking System. Demonstrated computer and Microsoft Office skills.
