Job Description
The Manufacturing Technician plays a vital role in supporting general manufacturing and electronics production by operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment to ensure optimal functionality and safety. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this technician contributes to facility upkeep with a focus on HVAC and CNC systems, utilizing preventative and predictive maintenance techniques to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment and tools
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues promptly
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on machinery
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
- Maintain HVAC systems and assist with CNC equipment maintenance
- Support facility maintenance and general upkeep tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with equipment operation and preventive maintenance
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team
- Experience with HVAC and CNC maintenance considered a plus
- Experience with JUKI/KISS machines considered a plus
