TeamHealth is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible hospital medicine physician to join our hospitalist program at Baptist Health -  Brookwood Hospital in Homewood, Alabama, just outside of Birmingham.\n

• Provide direct inpatient care, including daily rounding, admissions and discharge planning
\n
• Coordinate with consultants and multidisciplinary teams
\n
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and hospital performance goals
\n
• Contribute to clinical documentation and patient communication using the hospital's EMR
\n

\n
• MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in internal medicine (IM) or family medicine (FM)
\n
• Strong clinical skills with a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care
\n
• Unrestricted Alabama medical license (or the ability to obtain one)
\n
