Sales Operations Onboarding Analyst

Becton Dickinson seeks a Sales Operations Onboarding Analyst to coordinate new hire readiness, onboarding, and offboarding activities for the US sales organization. The role tracks readiness milestones, identifies gaps, escalates barriers, and partners across functions to ensure timely system access, equipment provisioning, and field productivity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding readiness activities and track milestones for new hires, transfers, and terminations
• Monitor system access, equipment, training, and other readiness requirements; identify and escalate gaps
• Manage Salesforce cases, track SLA status, and identify trends to improve support processes
• Communicate readiness status to managers, new hires, HR, IT, and other stakeholders
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve access, data, and equipment issues before they disrupt timelines

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to track multiple dependencies
• Proactive communication and follow-through on assigned tasks and open items
• Experience with onboarding, sales operations, or cross-functional coordination
• Familiarity with systems such as Salesforce and SAP
• Ability to prioritize work based on urgency and readiness impact
• Customer-focused mindset with sound judgment and escalation awareness
