Dear Coffee NYC is currently seeking a passionate and skilled Barista to join our team. Full time and part time positions available. Job Responsibilities: Ability to dial in coffee, steam milk, and prepare other drinks in accordance with company recipes and standards. Provide a warm and inviting atmosphere, ensuring a positive experience for every guest. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and dining areas. Handle transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system. Contribute to a positive team environment by communicating effectively and proactively assisting colleagues when needed. Uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times.

Requirements: Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred. Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and espresso machinery. Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure calmly. Availability to work both weekdays and weekends, including mornings, evenings, and holidays as needed. NYC Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain upon hiring).

Compensation: Cashier/Onboarding period: $22/hr Barista: $25/hr Barista w/ Food Handler's Certificate: $27/hr
