Facilities ManagerCampus - Casa Grande, AZ 85122OverviewPosition Type Full-time Job Shift 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-FridayDescriptionSun Life Health is seeking an experienced Facilities & Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations, facility maintenance, regulatory compliance, and vendor partnerships across our growing network of community health centers.If you're a hands-on leader who enjoys improving operations, managing projects, leading teams, and ensuring facilities remain safe, efficient, and compliant, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoAs the Facilities & Warehouse Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations that keep our clinics running efficiently by:Leading warehouse operations, inventory control, receiving, and distributionManaging preventive maintenance and repairs across multiple healthcare locationsCoordinating vendors, contractors, and service providersEnsuring compliance with OSHA, Joint Commission, fire/life safety, and other regulatory standardsSupervising warehouse and facilities staff while promoting accountability and teamworkManaging departmental budgets, contracts, and operational expensesIdentifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline processesSupporting remodels, equipment installations, facility expansions, and special projectsMaintaining a safe, organized, and customer-focused environment for employees and patientsWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities while leading both people and projects.Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED requiredAssociate degree or higher in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred3-5 years of experience in facilities management, warehouse operations, supply chain, or a related fieldValid Arizona Driver's License with a clean driving recordAbility to obtain an Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance CardThe Ideal Candidate Has Experience WithFacilities maintenance and building operationsInventory management and warehouse operationsVendor and contractor managementOSHA and regulatory complianceBudget management and cost controlPreventive maintenance programsProject coordinationProcess improvementTeam leadership
