As Property Manager, you'll command full operational and financial oversight, lead high-performing property teams, and build lasting relationships with building owners and tenants. This is your opportunity to make strategic decisions that matter, deliver measurable success, and shape the future of world-class commercial real estate—all backed by JLL's industry-leading platform and resources.This is a hybrid role requiring on-site presence at the properties 1-2 times per week and flexibility work remotely the other days (from home or JLL Corporate Office). You must be able to drive and travel to and from the properties and be on-call for emergencies.What your day-to-day will look like:Lead strategic planning initiatives and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansionDevelop and implement annual operating budgets and capital plans and ensure timely and accurate monthly reporting. Analyze financial performance, prepare detailed reports, and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholdersEnsure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards across all managed operations.Implement tenant satisfaction program, meet regularly with tenants to ensure successful programOversee competitive bidding process for all third-party contracted services and ensure compliance with JLL standardsFoster a culture of continuous learning and professional development, supporting team members' career advancement and skill enhancementAll other tasks which may be required to comply with Property Management Agreements, local ordinances, or as necessary to ensure property operationsRequired qualifications:Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership experience in commercial real estate, property management, or related industryProven track record of managing P&L responsibility and achieving financial targets in a multi-million dollar operationDemonstrated expertise in client relationship management and business development within the commercial real estate sectorExcellent financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysisProficiency in real estate management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office SuitePreferred qualifications:Real Estate License and Property Managers License, required within one (1) year if not currently licensedBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or related fieldProfessional certifications such as LEED GA, or equivalent industry credentialsStrong network of industry relationships and demonstrated thought leadership in real estateThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
