Required Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience
• Valid BLS certification
• Epic electronic medical record systems proficiency
• Ability to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Compassionate bedside manner and emotional resilience

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior travel nursing experience
• Experience in palliative or hospice care
• Additional certifications such as ABLS or ACLS
• Experience working with electronic health records (EHR)

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Registered Nurse licensure in good standing
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Prior experience in acute or complex care settings, especially in end-of-life or symptom management

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work night shifts (3x12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:00)
• Willingness to float between units during transition period before the new unit opens on 7/1
• Certifications in BLS and familiarity with Epic required
• Must be able to travel or be reimbursed for travel, licensure, and certification costs where applicable
