High Yield Solutions Corp. (HYSC) designs and manufactures industrial shredding and waste processing systems that help divert foam, mattresses, and textiles from landfills. Our mission is to deliver robust, high-performing equipment that supports sustainability and operational efficiency across commercial and industrial sectors.

We are seeking a hands-on and proactive Supply Chain & Operations Manager to lead supplier management, production coordination, logistics, and process improvement initiatives. This role is essential to ensuring smooth operations and delivering high-quality systems to our customers. You'll work cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and service teams to keep projects on track and drive continuous improvement.

• Manage supplier relationships, including pricing, lead times, and quality control
• Coordinate production schedules with engineering and manufacturing teams
• Oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory management
• Identify and implement workflow improvements and automation opportunities
• Serve as a liaison between sales, engineering, and service departments
• Support post-sale logistics and service coordination
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with internal standards

• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
• Effective communication across teams and vendors
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and inventory/scheduling tools
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with industrial equipment (preferred)
