Minimum Salary: $62.00 Per Hourly

Maximum Salary: $67.00 Per Hourly

Fremont - Onsite - Hybrid schedule, not fixed, depends on the team's needs. 40 hrs, no planned OT

Required Skills

• Dashboarding experience — Tableau, AppSheet, or equivalent
• Comfortable using AI tools to build automations, scripts, or agent workflows
• Strong execution mindset — willing to jump in and own tasks end-to-end
• Detail orientation for transactional accuracy (POs, invoices, contracts, part numbers)
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and chasing down cross-functional issues

Nice to Have

• Prior supply chain or sourcing experience in tech / hardware
• Fundamental Coding - tableau, building sheets, we get manyprojects, a highly fast-paced team environment, so a coding background is highly considered an asset. - if they put that into supply chain use, that would be best.
• Previous Client exp - nice but not mandatory
• Comfortable learning and using AI

About the Role

• Client's Infrastructure Sourcing team manages strategic component supply chains across DRAM, SSD, HDD, and CPU at hyperscale. We are hiring a contingent worker to support day-to-day sourcing operations so the team can stay focused on negotiation, supply strategy, and supplier relationships.
• This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role. The right person jumps in, owns problems end-to-end, and builds tools to eliminate manual work.

Responsibilities

• Issue and manage purchase orders across DRAM, SSD, HDD, and CPU
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and PO/invoice mismatches
• Upload, organize, and maintain contract records in internal systems
• Create and manage part numbers, BOM updates, EOL notices, and rebate tracking
• Support NPI operations: sample forecasting, sample material management, supply escalation
• Build and maintain dashboards for supply visibility, PO status, and program tracking
• Identify manual workflows and automate them using AI tools

4 or 5 years exp is ideal but open as long as the candidate has the right attitude and mindset.(ready to hit the ground running)
