Electro-Mechanical Assembler Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $22.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Thursday from 05:30am to 04:00pm )
- Assemble electro-mechanical components, subassemblies, and finished products according to specifications.
- Perform precision soldering on electronic components, circuit boards, wires, and connectors.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, assembly drawings, and work instructions.
- Route and connect wiring harnesses and electronic components.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and testing equipment.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure assemblies meet company and customer standards.
- Troubleshoot and identify assembly issues and collaborate with engineering or quality teams for resolution.
- Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and production goals.
Electro-Mechanical Assembler Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of electro-mechanical assembly experience.
- Strong soldering experience, including fine-detail work.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and electronic schematics.
- Experience using hand tools, measurement tools, and testing equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
