Speech-Language Pathologist - Outpatient Pediatric | Everett, Washington. Travel assignment starting 08/24/2026 for Weeks. Weekly pay range: $2,039 to $2,155. Guaranteed hours: not guaranteed. Shift: 5x8 days. Setting: outpatient pediatric clinic within a hospital campus that includes a Level II Trauma Center, Level II NICU, and comprehensive maternity services. This role focuses on pediatric populations in an outpatient environment, with travel experience required and local candidates not accepted.

Responsibilities
- Conduct pediatric speech-language evaluations and provide ongoing therapy for pediatric developmental delays and related speech/language disorders
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans; adjust goals based on progress and standardized assessment results
- Provide AAC assessment and intervention, oral-motor and voice therapy as indicated
- Educate and counsel families on strategies to support communication development and reinforce therapy plans at home
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and Social Services; document care in the electronic medical record (EPIC)
- Utilize standardized tools (e.g., PLS-4, CELF) when appropriate and maintain accurate progress notes and care coordination

Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent) and eligibility for state licensure; active SLP license in Washington or eligible for licensure
- 1 year of clinical SLP experience; travel experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
- Active BLS certification
- 2 professional references covering at least 1 year within the last 3 years (required during compliance)
- Locals accepted: No; ability to work in an outpatient pediatric clinic setting within a hospital campus
- RTO requests must be included at submittal; typical allowance is up to 5 days
- Must be able to work with pediatric populations (neonates, infants, children, and adolescents) in an outpatient setting
