We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our team and assist with bookkeeping, payroll, sales tax, and general accounting responsibilities.
Responsibilities include:
- Payroll processing and related tax filings
- Bookkeeping and bank reconciliations
- Sales tax preparation and filing
- Accounts payable and receivable
- General accounting and administrative support
- Assisting with multiple client accounts
Qualifications:
- Previous experience REQUIRED in bookkeeping, payroll, office management, or a similar role
- Experience recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate bookkeeping records
- QuickBooks experience REQUIRED
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and learn new processes
Experience in a CPA firm is not required . Candidates who have handled bookkeeping, payroll, or financial responsibilities as an office manager or bookkeeper for a business are encouraged to apply.
