We are looking for a Primary Care Physician to join our team full-time at Conviva/CenterWell Primary Care. This role is ideal for a compassionate, experienced clinician who excels in a collaborative, patient-centered environment and is committed to improving outcomes for adult and geriatric populations.

Main Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive outpatient care to adult and senior patients.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Diagnose and manage moderately to complex medical conditions.
• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists.
• Participate in clinical quality improvement projects.
• Work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
• Contribute to projects and innovations in care delivery.

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of practice.
• Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
• We will screen you for TB if selected for this role.

Work Environment

• Work on-site at our Biloxi clinic. Report to the Associate Medical Director.
• Standard schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

Pay Range: $229,500 - $268,700 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
