Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status through telehealth consultations, collecting detailed histories and understanding their current challenges. \n

- Meet with clients regularly to monitor progress and make adjustments to therapy as necessary, providing them with effective coping strategies and tools to overcome obstacles. \n
- Coordinate care by referring clients to other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and medical providers, when additional support is needed. \n
- Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment plans within electronic health record (EHR) systems, adhering to legal and ethical guidelines. \n
- Engage in continuous professional development and training to stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health treatment. \n
You will work with a diverse population of clients, including adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required. \n
- Current and valid license as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Illinois. \n
- A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience, demonstrating proficiency in diagnosing and treating a broad spectrum of mental health issues. \n
- Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and therapeutic techniques. \n
- Outstanding crisis intervention skills with the ability to manage high-pressure situations calmly and effectively. \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for the establishment of strong, trusting relationships with clients. \n
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and various digital communication tools. \n
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines in all professional interactions. \n

- Experience in conducting teletherapy or remote therapeutic interventions. \n
- Familiarity with various evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). \n
- Prior experience in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team setting. \n
